Amy asked us to cook two Paellas for Holly's Hen Party Sunday late afternoon celebration. One was our special meat and chorizo and the other our seafood deluxe. The girls started off with tapas followed by the Paellas, then to finish we made a Mediterranean Pavlova and the brides favourite dessert... Honeycomb Cheesecake.
The food was a great success and everybody was very happy. A lovely group of ladies.
