Sonya (in the blue) and Tommy (far right) asked us to cater and serve a dinner party for themselves and 5 friends in their lovely home in Estepona. The dinner was a present to Tommy from his son....what a lovely idea. The food was a great success and everybody had a lovely evening. The starter was a choice of Mediterranean Fish Soup or Jumbo Prawn Salad. Main courses French Roasted Pousson with an Au Jus Sauce or Fillet of Turbot with Prawns in a Champagne, Cream and Dill Sauce. Desserts were Mini Pavlova with Summer Berries or Creme Brulee with Raspberries.

Pol and 7 friends from Norway arranged a lovely villa in Calahonda to spend a few days golfing around the area. They wanted to have a lazy night in without having the hassle of cooking and asked us to deliver a Spanish Buffet, so they could serve themselves at their leisure. We delivered it at the appointed time and all the guests were very impressed. We left them to tuck in. There was also a Mediterranean Pavlova and a Crema Catalana chilling in the fridge for them to enjoy afterwards.
Danielle asked us to provide a Hen BBQ in the amazing Villa Paradiso in Benalmadena for Bride to Be Jeanette, along with a great crowd of mainly Irish friends from beautiful Donegal. Here is our lovely bride with Butler Marcus. There was plenty of crack, the food went down a treat and a fab time was had by all. The final line up!!
