Maura, sister of the bride, asked us to do the catering for a Mexican Feast for Katie and her hens to celebrate the start of their hen party weekend in at the Villa Paradiso, Benalmadena. The girls tucked into Mex Bruschettas and Guacamole with Doritos. Followed by Chicken Fajitas with all the trimmings, Beef Chilli, Veggie Chilli and Mexican Rice. Finishing with Marguerita Pie and Tres Leches Chocolate cake. It all went down a treat....very happy hens!!!!

Pooja asked us to be Personal Chefs for her Fathers very special 60th birthday weekend at the fabulous Villa EL Cid in Los Flamingos. On the Thursday night we catered an Italian Feast for 22 guests. A selection of starters, then pasta dishes, followed by Banoffee Pie, Mediterranean Pavlova and Tirimisu. On the Saturday morning we catered a Brunch for 32 guests. Consisting of Fruit Juices, Croissants, Fresh Fruit Platter, Yogurts, Blueberry Pancakes, Bacon, Sausages, Scrambled Egg, Tomatoes, Hash Browns, Smoked Salmon, Avocado. David was kept very busy making special Indian Omelettes to order....about 20 in all!! It all went down a treat. Melanie asked us to cater a great Paella Party for Vicky's Marbella Hen Party Weekend at the lovely Villa Casa in Marbella. The weather was not very kind but the girls did not care as they were on great form in the party room of the villa eating, drinking and enjoying themselves. The arrival of our cheeky butlers went down a treat. A FAB evening was had by all. Our first hen party of the season and a great success.
