On Sunday 18th June, and a lovely villa in Guadalmina was the setting for Michelle's birthday party organized by her friend Jen (above in the middle of the group in black) They had their canapes on the terrace next to the pool, while David barbecued all the main course dishes. They moved up to the beautiful dining room for the rest of the meal. They enjoyed home made burgers, chicken sate, thai style prawns and spare ribs with different salads and patata's bravas. Finishing with the famous chocolate fudge birthday cake and fresh fruit.

Nick and Susan decided to celebrate her special birthday by hiring a great villa in Nagueles and having a Spanish style menu. Her friends had flown in to celebrate with them and it was such bad luck that we had a thunderstorm in the afternoon. Tapas were eaten inside, but fortunately the sun came out just in time for serving the paella on the terrace table. Everybody tucked in and afterwards they had Pam's famous chocolate fudge birthday cake with a great fresh fruit cornucopia.
Here is what Nick emailed the same day: "Hi Pam and David, Just wanted to say thanks for today, I know we were a bit distracted but the food and service was great.. Many thanks Nick and Susan X" Saturday 10th May saw Warwick and Desiree's birthday bash.....and being South African's it had to be a barbecue (brai), set in the garden of their lovely home in Calahonda. They wanted to have a hassle free party, so they could relax with their guests and the leave the food to us. Everybody thoroughly enjoyed themselves and it went on well into the early hours. Menu was mixed canapes round the pool, followed by full BBQ menu and finished with Cornucopia of fruits and a Meringue tower drizzled with butterscotch sauce. Happy birthday Warwick.

His friends travelled from all over the world to celebrate with him...Sweden, Brazil, Argentina, United States, London etc. They were a great crowd of lovely boys who really loved their food and partying. Choosing a Spanish style menu starting with Spicy Spinach Tortilla, Albondigas, Habas con Jamon, Ensalada Russa, Salpicon de Mariscos, Melon con Jamon Serrano. Followed by a big Paella Mixta. Followed by Chocolate Cheesecake and Crema Catalana.
This is the email we received from Dan when he had returned to the States: "Thanks so much Pam & David! That was an delicious experience and a perfect way to kick off the stag do.
