Nima and friends flew over from Sweden and rented a luxury villa in Nueva Andalucia for a weekend of football and relaxation. We had been recommended to them by a friend who was at the bachelor party we did for Dan/Christian back in May. They started with Gambas Pil-Pil followed by Paella Mixta, and the boys took great interest in how it was made by David, then finished their typical Spanish menu with the famous Crema Catalana. What a great group of guy's.

Louise (in white first pic) organized a reunion of all her old friends from University....some of them hadn't seen each other for many years. She asked us to do a Paella Dinner for their last evening together. They enjoyed mixed tapas, followed by a fish paella with chicken and mussels and almejas on the side.....followed by Creme Brulee with Summer Fruits and a Lemon Mousse. A great way to end a lovely few days together. Well done Louise.
Emma did an amazing job of organizing a Hen Party surprise for bride to be, Lindsey and friends. They rented a lovely villa in Mijas Golf and asked us to do them a special BBQ. Under a great thatched gazebo, with a lovely sitting area, they enjoyed mixed tapas while David barbecued their chosen menu. They then all sat down to enjoy it. Ending the meal with Chocolate Cheesecake and Creme Brulee.
Charlotte did a brilliant job organizing a surprise Hen Party BBQ for Becci and her friends in their rented Elviria villa. They chose a selection of Spanish Tapas to start and a Barbecue menu with a little bit of everything. Finishing off with a choice of 2 desserts.....Chocolate Cheesecake and Summer Pudding. They thoroughly enjoyed their food and themselves, sitting out on the balcony looking at the view of the surrounding area. We wish Becci great happiness in her future marriage. Another great group of guy's hit Marbella for a football weekend. Pity about the result, but that certainly did not get in the way of them enjoying themselves. They asked us to cook them a late afternoon Barbecue around the pool of their lovely rented villa in Benamara. Starting with mixed canapes followed by a selection of BBQ meats and prawns, baked potatoes and salads. Finishing off with Chocolate Cheese cake and a special request from Aman himself ....Chocolate fudge cake with custard while watching the end of the match!
The boy's were definitely in town when Sukhy and his cool friends arrived for their long weekend stag party for groom-to-be Indy. They checked out every high profile club in Marbella and the Port. Although they still wanted to spend some time in the beautiful villa that was rented for the occasion. That's were Personal Chefs Marbella came in. They had a selection of tapas to start followed by a barbecue lunch and then 3 desserts....lemon and Blueberry Cheesecake, Mediterranean Pavlova and Tiramisu.
The day before they left we cooked them a Spanish Dinner....starting with Gazpacho, followed by Paella Mixta and finishing with Crema Catalana (Spanish Creme Brulee) It all went down a treat. What a lovely bunch of guy's.....it was a pleasure to cook for them. Seona (centre grey top) organized a Paella Birthday Dinner for Alex(left with children) at their lovely rented villa near Cabopino. They started with Gazpatcho, followed by Jamon Serrano and rustic crusty bread. Then the Paella and a Spanish Salad. Finishing with Mediterranean Pavlova and Chocolate Birthday Cake. Everybody loved the food and had a great time. Happy Birthday Alex.....a great idea to celebrate your special day in Spain.
