When we arrived at the Villa Del Gato the girls where in full hen party mode and looking forward to the Barbecue Menu that friend Alison had organised for bride to be Lauren. Our butler Marcus kept the glasses topped up with their favourite drinks while they tucked into the canapes sitting around the pool. Then followed by our famous Barbecue selection. The desserts White Chocolate Cheesecake and Chocolate Torte where kept for later that evening. The food was a great success.
Katie asked us to prepare a selection of menu's for Kate's Hen Party Weekend. 13 friends got together at their villa in Las Chapas for a well planned schedule of partying. On Friday we delivered a full Barbecue Menu with Veggie choices included. Saturday morning we prepared a Brunch for them all and also delivered a Spanish Tapas Buffet. On Sunday we prepared another Brunch for everybody. The girls loved all the food ....particularly the delivery option as it gave them the freedom to choose when they wanted to eat...to fit into their tight social itinerary. Well done ladies.
Pip organised a special Hen Party Barbecue for her friend, Caroline during their hen weekend at Villa Los Naranjos Gold in Nueva Andalucia. The girls tucked into a selection of tapas, followed by a selection of BBQ meats with salads and baked potatoes. Followed by desserts. It all went down very well and a great time was had by all.
We were back to the lovely Casa Fortuna/Villa Giulietta in Cortijo Blanco to cook a Barbecue for the start of Amy's hen party weekend organised by Jessica. The girls had just arrived that afternoon so were ready to get into the swing of things. They all loved their food....and we left them to tuck into their desserts at their leisure.
On one of the hottest days so far this year (29º) we prepared and served a Lunch Hen Party Barbecue for bride to be Abby, organised by friend Ebru. 14 friends and Mum's from Nottingham tucked into the food with gusto in the beautiful surroundings of this great Spanish Hacienda. They told us that it was the first proper meal they had eaten since they arrived and it all went down a treat.
Tony asked us to come to the Casa De Oro to cook a special dinner party for his family of 12.
We started with a selection of starters.....Brie and Cranberry parcels, Carpaccio with Parmesan Shavings, Red Pepper Hummus, Mediterranean Crab Cakes with Sweet Chilli Sauce and Falafel with Mint Raita. Main Course was Fillet of Hake (Merluza) in a Cream, Dill and White Wine Sauce Garnished with King Prawns, Pommes Lyonnaise and Fresh Vegetable Selection. Finishing with Chocolate Cheesecake and Mediterranean Pavlova. It was a great hit and everybody was very happy.
Deidre Organises Zara's Hen Party Weekend with a Spanish Tapas Buffet at Villa Casino Nueva Andalucia
Deidre asked us to cater a Spanish Style Buffet for 16 lovely Irish friends to celebrate Zara's Hen Party Weekend. Everybody tucked in to a selection of famous Spanish Tapas. Finishing with our famous Chocolate Cheesecake and Mediterranean Pavlova. They loved it all and It really set them up to go off and "do" the Port later that evening.
Janay asked us to come and cook a very special Paella Party for her friend Stacey's Hen Party Weekend at the Villa Casa Paseros, Urb La Sierrezella in Fuengirola. 23 ladies tucked into a selection of tapas, followed by a Mixed Meat Paella and a Vegetarian Deluxe Paella. All followed by a selection of our desserts. The food went down a treat.
James's (in the purple) Stag Party Weekend, organised by Atif (top picture far right) kicked off on the Friday with a late arrival at their villa in Nueva Andalucia close to all the night spots. We had already dropped off a buffet so that they would be able to relax and tuck in once they had settled in. They took full advantage of all Puerto Banus can offer to make the most of their weekend. On the Sunday we cooked a Barbecue for them all before they hit the town, and on Monday morning we prepared a Brunch so that they would be fed and watered before their trip to Malaga Airport early afternoon. A great bunch of guys who really enjoyed their weekend of partying and food.
