We cooked a "meat feast" Paella for Laura and 7 friends, so that they could relax and enjoy themselves while the children were safely tucked up in bed. They started with a selection of tapas, followed by the meat paella, and finished with Tiramisu and our famous Chocolate Cheesecake. Everybody was very happy.
Parvenah, Patrick and Family flew over from California for a holiday here in Marbella. They rented a villa in Club Sierra. They asked us to cook them a very special Paella. Parvenah told us "we love shellfish...the bigger and fresher the better". We took her at her word. Grandmother was allergic to shellfish so we made her a separate chicken paella. The two children tucked into both. everything went down a treat.
Menu: Mixed Tapas, Paella Deluxe, Crema Catalana and Chocolate Cheesecake
There was a bit of cross dressing going on at Hayley's Hen BBQ. One of the butlers wore her dress(last on the left)....ans she changed into his outfit.....after a few glasses of bubbly.
All the girls had a great time, and after the boys, left tucked into a great BBQ followed by Chocolate Fudge Cake and Ice cream.
The theme was white and gold (with a cake to match) for Amanda's 50th birthday party BBQ that we cooked at a villa in El Rosario. She was joined by 18 friends to celebrate the event. A great time was had by all. We returned a couple of days later to serve our famous Spanish Buffet
Maxine (with the glasses) asked us to come to the lovely Villa Vega in Nagueles to cook a BBQ for her children and grandchildren. The food went down a treat ....tapas to start, a selection of meats and fish from the grill, salads and baked potatoes. To complete the meal a choice of Raspberry Cheesecake and Mediterranean Pavlova.
