Last Friday we cooked a special family dinner for Nir and his family who were based in Nigeria. They were here in Marbella for a family holiday. The menu started with our special Crab Cakes and a Sea Bass Cerviche, followed by long slow cooked Lamb Shanks and Salmon Teriyaki. Finishing with Mediterranean Pavlova and Creme Brulee. The food was a great success.
Rhiannon, another client from last year asked us to cook a special dinner party for her friend Sophia's birthday at her Fathers villa in Nueva Andalucia. The girls started with gambas pil pil, followed by French style roast poussin. Finishing with tiramisu and a special birthday cake.
It all went down a treat.
Jenny, one of our clients from last year asked us to cook a Sunday lunch Paella for a group of family and friends staying in a villa in Aloha. After tapas on the terrace next to the pool the group transferred to the dining room for the Paella. It was also a birthday celebration so the chocolate cheesecake got the birthday cake treatment and the smallest guest got to blow out the candles.
Sonia (furthest right) arranged for us to cater a hen party meal for Heather and 10 friends at the lovely Villa Los Angelitos up on the hill overlooking Marbella. We had actually cooked for two of the girls over the last couple of years. They had a 3 course dinner of Gambas pil pil and Falafel to start. Followed by long slow cooked Lamb Shank and Seafood Medley. Then to finish Creme Brulee and Sticky Toffee Pudding with ice cream. Enjoyed by all.
Stephen asked us to cook for 12 friends on the Saturday and Sunday of this weekend at the Villa Panorama in Torre Real, Marbella. The first night we cooked a dinner party menu....Gambas Pip-Pil, Spanakopita and Spicy Crab Cakes, followed by braised lamb shank, Salmom Teriyaki, and Chicken in cream and mushroom sauce. Desserts were Pavlova, Sticky Toffee Pudding and Cheese selection. The following evening we served our famous Barbecue. All the food was a great success. Lovely guys....a pleasure to cook for.
Tony Kent asked us to be Personal Chefs for his family of 8 adults and 6 children at Villa Africa in Cancelada. We had cooked for him and his in-laws at the same villa and time last year. We prepared and served dinner for them 5 night's of their week here, with a combination of Barbecue and Dinner Party menu's chosen by themselves. The food was a great success.
We were Personal Chefs for a week to a great group of 8 friends and their 13 children, organised by Harshaw. They were renting the lovely Villa Cisne right on the beach in Paraiso Barronial. The first night we did a food delivery our famous Spanish Buffet (as we were already doing another party that night) We then did a combination of different breakfasts and dinners for them the rest of the week. The food went down a treat and everybody was very happy.
