For the last night of Maria's Hen Party weekend friend Colleen asked us to cook a Paella Party. The girls, all friends from Liverpool, started with mixed tapa's, followed by our Deluxe Meat Paella, then finished with Mediterranean Pavlova and Chocolate Cheesecake. They all loved the food. A fabulous group of really lovely girls, who want to come back to Marbella with their husbands next year. Hope to cook for you all again then.

Laura (in white on the left) asked us to cater a Barbecue for 8 friends at their Hen Party at a lovely apartment in Medina De Banus. After an afternoon at Nicki Beach, where a large amount of champagne was consumed, only five stalwarts made it to the table to enjoy it. However the others did not miss out as the girls plated food for them to tuck into later. Sheena (Easton...named after the singer, waving) was the life and soul of the party.
A Paella Party was chosen by eleven Dutch friends organised by Fleur (red dress). They all got together for a reunion over a long weekend in Marbella, staying at the Alzambra Villas next to Puerto Banus. We served them mixed tapas, with some vegan choices and then 3 Paella's. A small vegan paella, a mixed meat paella and a seafood paella. They tucked in and enjoyed them all, finishing the meal with Chocolate Cheesecake and Mediterranean Pavlova. It was a great start to their weekend ....with plenty of other things planned. A great group of ladies.
A Paella Party at Villa Palahi in Los Arqueros Marbella was chosen for Hayley's hen party organised by friends Jessica and Kellie. The girls tucked into our famous tapas, then a BIG Paella Mixta. Followed by our Chocolate and Salted Caramel Cheesecake and Meringue Tower with Butterscotch Sauce. It all went down a treat. The party had a bit of added spice and fun with the arrival of one of our naked butlers!!!
Laura asked us to cook our famous Paella for sister Katie's Hawaiian themed Hen Party in Nueva Andalucia. The girls enjoyed canapes to start followed by a Paella Mixta and a Mixed Meat Paella. We left them to finish their desserts (Chocolate Cheesecake and Mediterranean Pavlova) As they had a special game, to surprise the bride to be, before they tucked into them.
We catered a Sunday Lunch Family Barbecue organised by Julie (who we had cooked for at a hen do a couple of years ago) to celebrate husband Anthony's birthday in a villa close to the centre of Marbella. It was a real Welsh family affair with daughters and son in laws (all in great voice)....not forgetting the most recent family arrival - the adorable baby Taylor. Everybody tucked in and loved the food. After desserts it was a quick cool off in the pool as the temperature rose to 34ºC. A really lovely family and a pleasure to cook for.
Ailsa organised a great hen party for 17 friends including bride to be Emma in a villa close to the beach in San Pedro near Marbella. They chose our famous Spanish Buffet which went down a treat with the girls and the compliments were flying. A great fun group of girls.
A villa in the Alzambra complex next to Puerto Banus was the setting for Chris's stag party weekend organised by friend Jo. The boys tucked into our famous Barbecue and planned their night out at Aqua Mist. They loved the food and said it was a great start to their weekend celebrations. Hope that you had a great time boys.
Tony asked us to cook a Barbecue for Joe's Stag Party Weekend at Villa Vega in Nagueles. The boys were ready to tuck into their lunch after a great night out on the town and not much breakfast!! They made sure that there was very little left and really enjoyed themselves.
