Just before Christmas we were asked by lovely Charo, the office manager, to cater the ABN Amro Bank Christmas Dinner Party in the lovely Sotogrande home of their Director Kurt. They dined on Falafel with a mint and coriander raita, followed by King Prawns with lime, chilli and fresh ginger, then turkey escalopes in a champagne and cream sauce....finishing with Christmas Pudding Ice cream. (With a Christmas cupcake as a favour in its own bubble to take home.) They were all lovely people and delighted with the food. The children were also involved on their own table. Starting with Spagetti bolognaise, followed by chicken nuggets and chips....ending with vanilla ice cream and wafers. They also had special cupcakes that they had no problem in polishing off!!
