We were asked by Valerie to cater a New Years Eve Dinner Party for her family at the lovely Villa Malibu in Los Monteros. Their 2 little grandsons were put to bed before they sat down to their chosen menu. Starting with a selection of canapes, followed by Cantaloupe Melon with Jabugo. There was a mixture of main courses.....fillet steak with a red wine and mushroom reduction and French roasted Poussin with its own au jus sauce. Desserts were Chocolate Brownies with Ice Cream and Meringues with berries and raspberry coulis with clotted cream.
