Pooja asked us to be Personal Chefs for her Fathers very special 60th birthday weekend at the fabulous Villa EL Cid in Los Flamingos. On the Thursday night we catered an Italian Feast for 22 guests. A selection of starters, then pasta dishes, followed by Banoffee Pie, Mediterranean Pavlova and Tirimisu. On the Saturday morning we catered a Brunch for 32 guests. Consisting of Fruit Juices, Croissants, Fresh Fruit Platter, Yogurts, Blueberry Pancakes, Bacon, Sausages, Scrambled Egg, Tomatoes, Hash Browns, Smoked Salmon, Avocado. David was kept very busy making special Indian Omelettes to order....about 20 in all!! It all went down a treat.
