Parvenah, Patrick and Family flew over from California for a holiday here in Marbella. They rented a villa in Club Sierra. They asked us to cook them a very special Paella. Parvenah told us "we love shellfish...the bigger and fresher the better". We took her at her word. Grandmother was allergic to shellfish so we made her a separate chicken paella. The two children tucked into both. everything went down a treat.
