Tony asked us to come to the Casa De Oro to cook a special dinner party for his family of 12. We started with a selection of starters.....Brie and Cranberry parcels, Carpaccio with Parmesan Shavings, Red Pepper Hummus, Mediterranean Crab Cakes with Sweet Chilli Sauce and Falafel with Mint Raita. Main Course was Fillet of Hake (Merluza) in a Cream, Dill and White Wine Sauce Garnished with King Prawns, Pommes Lyonnaise and Fresh Vegetable Selection. Finishing with Chocolate Cheesecake and Mediterranean Pavlova. It was a great hit and everybody was very happy.
