This is the fourth year we have cooked for Vicky and her friends who make an annual trip to Marbella. This time they stayed at the Villa Shangrila in Monte Mayor with it's stunning views over the Mediterranean. We cooked them a dinner party starting with a choice of Spiced Salmon Fishcakes and Filo Parcels of Brie and Cranberry, followed by Slow Cooked Lamb with a Red Wine Reduction, and to finish a choice of Sticky Toffee Pudding or Chocolate Brownies. It all went down a treat. See you next year girls xx.
