Over the years many customers and friends have asked me to produce some of my favorite Deli products for sale, so I've developed this small range of top class Artisan products, which I will personally deliver to all areas along the coast and inland from Manilva to La Cala for orders over €30.00. We've been making Salt Beef and Pastrami for many years and our Salmon Gravadlax is legendary since the days of our fish restaurant in Ireland. Our Smoked Salmon is made to a special recipe, using only the finest of fresh Salmon. I have even developed a pickled cucumber recipe which compliments the Beef and the Salmon and, of course a sweet mustard sauce to go with the Gravadlax. (Important to note that our beef products are sold by weight after cooking.) So, just contact me for personal service with a Smile.
Original Recipe Salt Beef
Salt Beef cured for a week in a traditional brine mixture and then cooked to perfection before being portioned and vacuum packed.
Delicious in sandwiches or hot with potatoes.
Spicy and smokey Pastrami made to an old Recipe. Try it in a sandwich on rye bread, with mustard and pickles. Heavenly!

Cured in salt and brown sugar with chopped dill, black pepper and a touch of allspice. Gravadlax or Gravlax hails from the days when there was a glut of Salmon in the season and they literally buried the salmon in salt to preserve it. Delicious with sweet mustard sauce.
